Due to the changes to security policies as of 25th May 2018 all personal information that is passed onto Wendy Murphy is held in the strictest of confidence. When you buy a service, Wendy will email you to let you know how your personal data is used and stored.
All personal emails and all other forms of personal data between herself and a client can be deleted on request after a service/treatment has ended if the client so chooses.
When you buy a service Google outlook and paypal will hold your personal details such as name, email and address, which can be deleted after the transaction has been made from these 3rd parties.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
1 Buying services
Email and address is stored on paypal and Google Outlook to be able to send goods and for further correspondence during a healing or reading, which can be deleted after a transaction or service has ended.
2 Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. Wendy uses this data to determine the number of people using her site, to better understand how they find and use her web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. Wendy considers Google to be a third party data processor.
GA makes use of cookies.
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
3 Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact Wendy Murphy using the contact form on her Contact page an email is sent to a third party, Outlook, which is a secure encrypted storage system.
All personal information is permanently deleted after 12 months, or can be removed after transaction and/or service has concluded by consent from the client.
